I had a small leak in my a/c system and the dealer wanted to charge me thousands to fix the problem. I took the car to Gold Wing Motors and they charged my a/c system and put a die to detect the source of the leak. They identified the source of the leak and fixed the problem for a fraction of what the dealer wanted to charge me. Service Advisors Elvis and Alexis were great in explaining the process and what the range of costs might be based on what the problem could be. I highly recommend Gold Wing Motors based on my experience.

Everyone on the staff at Gold Wing Motors provided great service. We took my mom's 2015 BMW 328i to have the engine looked over as it was leaking some oil. They were able to diagnose the issue very quickly and provided a detailed report about what needed to be done on car. Service repair were done in the timeframe that they provide, no delays, no beating around the bush; straight to the point and honest. My mom and I are very happy with the level service and professionalism of Gold Wing Motor. We will definitely be bring her car for other service in the future.

Probably the best car service experience I’ve ever had. They were fast, professional, shared price upfront over the phone, and even offered me a round trip lyft ride. Fair prices too. They were flexible and still accomodated me even though I messed up my appointment date and time. What else I can ask for?

These guys are the best. I am from out of town and needed new rear brake pads on my BMW. They were able to fit me in when I was available. All the staff members I met with were super friendly, got a great price on new brakes, and the service was completed by lunch time. I will for sure return if I need any other maintenance on my BMW!

I’ve been taking my car there for service for 20 years. The last time I brought it in, they told me I needed to replace a part and gave me an estimate of $1,500. I sent photos to a friend of mine who’s a mechanic, and he told me the part was perfectly fine and didn’t need to be replaced. I went with him to the shop where my car was, and when we asked them to show us where the part was broken, they put the screw back in and—miraculously—it worked. They are not trustworthy. Get a second opinion before they tell you accepting an estimate from them. They’re thieves. I’m completely outraged because I thought I could trust them.

During your recent visit, our technician identified that the oil drain plug threads had previously been repaired using a Heli coil insert. While this type of repair can sometimes be used in certain applications, we advised that it is not considered a reliable long-term solution for an oil drain plug. If the insert loosens or fails, it can lead to an oil leak or the drain plug coming out, which could result in severe engine damage. For that reason, we recommended replacing the oil pan as the proper and permanent repair. When you returned with your mechanic, we took the time to review the vehicle together. As a courtesy, we carefully trimmed the portion of the Heli coil that had come loose and reinstalled the drain plug so the vehicle could be safely driven. At your request, the vehicle was released without performing the recommended repair, and we documented both our findings and the potential risks on the work order. We understand you chose to seek a second opinion, and we fully support any customer’s right to do so. Our responsibility, however, is to provide recommendations based on what we believe is the safest and most reliable repair for your vehicle. It’s unfortunate that this experience changed your perception of us, especially after many years of service. Our goal has always been—and remains—to act in our customers’ best interest and protect their vehicles from potential damage. Alex Chomat
